Is this like running a tour company?+
No — you don't book tours or take liability for them. Each Local Friend operates independently, offers their own services, sets their own prices, and is accountable for their own delivery. You earn a share of the revenue, not the operations risk.
Do members know I'm earning from them?+
Yes — completely transparent. Your members see the split on their own dashboard and in every transaction. Holiday Friends doesn't support hidden cuts.
Can members leave my agency?+
Yes. We never lock members in. Your value as an agency is the support, brand, training and recruitment you offer — if you don't add value, members move on. Most agencies who treat members fairly keep them long-term.
How do I recruit members?+
Your dashboard has a permanent invite link. Anyone who signs up via that link auto-joins your agency. Many agencies recruit through Instagram, Line groups, or local creator communities.
Do I have to be approved as an agency?+
Yes. We review agency applications to keep the platform quality high. Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours. You'll set up your agency info while waiting.
Is there a cost to register an agency?+
Existing Local Friends can upgrade to an Agency tier (small one-time points cost, 90-day window). Brand new agencies sign up free and are reviewed individually.
