Refund Policy

Holiday Friends is currently in a free launch period — we are not charging for subscriptions or point top-ups. Travellers receive a welcome point balance on sign-up and can spend it freely. There is therefore nothing to refund at this time.

When we re-introduce paid plans, the full refund policy (cancellation windows, 48-hour first-purchase refund, chargeback handling, etc.) will be restored on this page and announced to registered users beforehand.
